- You will know in advance of any work we undertake and how much it will cost. Should unexpected circumstances arise that will change that price, we will discuss it with you in advance to determine a suitable course of action.
- We will meet you at a predetermined time and place. We will notify you as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements should something unexpected occur.
- Our team will be as efficient as possible and we will respect your home
- Our team will leave the work area neat and tidy after the work is complete.
- If you are not immediately satisfied with the work completed, we will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
